COACHING TEAM

SITA Tennis Academy brings together a global team of experienced tennis coaches and ex-ATP ranked tennis professionals to offer a unique tennis experience. Our aim is to provide a holistic approach to player development by bringing together leading strategies that balance stroke technique, physical fitness, improved tactical on-court strategies, and better mental toughness.

PROGRAMMES & SERVICES

Red Ball Group Class

– Saturday 8:00 to 9:00am

Orange Ball Group Class

– Saturday 9:00 to 10:00am

Green Ball Group Class

– Saturday 10:00 to 11:00am

Yellow Ball Group Class

– Saturday 11:00 to 12:00pm

Notes

SITA Tennis Academy runs their junior programme based on the International Tennis Federation’s (ITF) Play and Stay, and also Tennis Australia’s Hotshots methods.

– Minimum 3 students, maximum 6 students per coach

– All groups will start off as beginner groups. Students who have more experience and are of intermediate or advanced levels will be moved to different groups based on ability and level.

– All groups will be now be run on Saturdays, but depending on the number of students, there are possibilities of other days in the near future.
